摘要

局部麻醉雖然很方使與安全，但是偶而也會發生很嚴重的問題。本篇報告四例因球後麻醉引起的眼球貫穿傷害。針頭太尖銳與高度近視是造成這些傷害的原因。不論有無治療，這四位患者的愈後都很不好；因此我們應盡量預防這種傷害的發生，如使用針尖是圓的針頭，不合作或高度近視的患者不要採用局部麻醉，如果懷疑有此意外發生，應立即檢查眼底，儘早採取治療。

Although local anesthesia is very convenient and safe, there are still some inherent complications that may occur with in-attentiveness. We report 4 cases of ocular perforating injury that occured during retrobulbar anesthesia. The contributing factors are: high myopia and the over sharpness of the needle. The prognosis for all four cases was poor no matter whether treatment had been done or not. Because of this poor prognosis, it is perhaps wise to prevent it by select a proper patient and needle for local anaesthesia. Should the accident happen, the fundus should be carefully examined and proper measures taken immediately.
