Clinical Experience with Weicon Toric Soft Contact Lenses

摘要

本文選取32人，60眼近視散光患者，裝戴衛康軟式散光用隱形眼鏡，追蹤期半年以上，評估其效果，並討論其特性。經過適當的選擇病例，大部份患者的矯正視力均可達到滿意的效果。部份患者在追蹤檢查期間，發現有不適應的徵兆，經由適當的處理，如更改鏡片處方、或改變配戴及保養的方式，可以得到改善。故定期的追蹤檢查非常重要。

Weicon-XT toric soft contact lenses were evaluated on 60 healthy eyes of 32 patients with compound myopic astigmatism. The follow-up period was at least 6 months for each case. With proper choice of cases, most of the users had favorable result of visual correction. A few of cases had symptoms of discomfort, redness, pressure sensation or unstable vision, some developed perilimbal congestion or superficial punctate keratitis, which could be corrected during the follow-up period. Regular reexamination and follow-up should be emphasized to all soft contact lenses wearers.
