摘要

利用眼庫保存之人類鞏膜將矽球包埋，當作眼窩植入物來矯治眼窩植入物擠脫或用於眼球摘除復之眼窩重建。此種植入物可置於Tenon氏囊內式置於肌錐內。此法可以減少眼窩植入物移位或再擠脫之機會。本文報告12例手術經驗及矯治結果。

Scleral-wrapped silicone implant can be used in orbital socket reconstruction as a primary orbital implant or a secondary orbital implant. The implants can be inserted within the Tenon's capsule or within the muscle cone. This method can reduce the chances of migration or extrusion of orbital implants.
The method has been used in orbital socket reconstruction in 12 cases. Among those cases, 5 cases have used the implants as primary implantation, while 7 cases as secondary implantation.
The implantation techniques are described. The postoperative results are fair to good in most of theses cases. Postoperative complications included: deep superior sulcus, 2 cases; enophthalmos, 2 cases; re-extrusion of implant, 1 case; ptosis, 1 case.
