Skew deviation是一種與中樞神經系統異常有關的後天性垂直方向眼位偏斜，臨床上容易疏忽或誤診。本篇提出七例報告，並與以前學者的報告作一比較。

Skew deviation is an acquired vertical divergence of the eyes caused by supranuclear dysfunction. It is often associated with other neuromuscular anomalies. We reported seven cases of skew deviation, and compared the findings with that of previous reports.
