前部缺血性視神經病變之視野變化

摘要

本篇分析69眼前部缺血性視神經病變之視野變化，下部視野缺損佔50.7%，包括下部等位性視野缺損29%及下鼻側象限視野缺損21.7%。其它視野變化包括中心盲點18.8%，鼻側半盲14.5%，顯側半盲4.4%，上鼻側象限視野缺損2.9%，上部等位性視野缺損1.4%，交叉象限視野缺損2.9%。本篇並從解剖學上探討產生不同視野變化的原因。

A review of visual field changes in 69 eyes of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy disclosed that the inferior altitudinal defect accounted for 29%, the inferior nasal quadrant defect accounted for 21.7%, central scotoma accounted for 18.8%, nasal hemianopsia accounted for 14.5%, Other visual field defects included temporal hemianopsia, superior nasal quadrant defect, superior altitudinal defect and crossed quadrantanopsia. Why should the superior half of the optic nerve be more susceptible to damage in anterior ischemic optic neuropathy? The cause is still unkown.
