二氧化碳雷射於眼整形手術之應用

摘要

二氧化碳雷射具有良好的表層切割、止血及燒化作用，因而常用來治療血管瘤或其他表淺腫瘤，但是在眼科的應用則尚未普遍。本文報告三例以二氧化碳雷射分別治療眼瞼及結膜之海綿狀血管瘤及結膜乳頭狀瘤之經驗，並對二氧化碳雷射之特點和展望加以探討。

The carbon dioxide laser is a valuable surgical tool which has properties of cutting, vaporization, hemostasis and fine control. It can be used for excision of orbital or eyelid tumors, or used as a high precision hemostatic scalpel for blepharoplasty etc. Use of the carbon dioxide laser is discribed for excision of eyelid and conjuctival hemangioma on two cases and for excision of conjunctival papilloma on one case. Advantages and disadvantages in the use of the carbon dioxide laser are discussed.
