摘要

關於中心角膜厚度與弧度之關係，以往有多位學者加以探討，結果並不一致，其檢查均使用光學式角膜厚度計。本文以較精確之超音波式角膜厚度儀重新檢驗此一微細變化。結果發現超音波式角膜厚度儀之讀數高於光學式角膜厚度儀，不論使用光學式角膜厚度儀（550眼）或超音波式角膜厚度儀（86眼），均未能測得中心角膜厚度與弧度在統計上有意義之關係。

The association between central corneal thickness and central corneal curvature was evaluated with both optical pachometer (group 1) and ultrasonic pachometer (group 2). Thicker readings were found with ultrasonic pachometer than those with optical pachometer. No significant. association between central corneal thickness and central corneal curvature was found in either group.
