本文收集市面隱形眼鏡共用試片保存液檢體200樣,利用放射免疫分析法(R. I. A)則定,發現11樣檢體HBsAg為陽性反應,佔5.5%。而HBeAg則全部為陰性反應。HBsAg陽性檢體經各廠牌隱形眼鏡公司熱滅菌處理後,仍有l樣檢體呈HBsAg陽性反應,佔9.09%。經由10位淚液呈HBsAg陽性反應之肝炎患者試戴7次後的保存液檢體20樣,測定出3樣檢體呈HBsAg陽性反應,佔15%。以定量之肝炎病患HBsAg與HBeAg陽性血清加入20種不同廠牌保存液中測定,結果發現在1×10^8升的微量添加狀況下,經24小時保存,只有2樣檢體之,HBsAg與HBeAg均呈陰性反應。而經過7天保存後,仍有3樣檢體呈HBsAg陽性反應。顯示處理不當之共用試片可能受HBsAg汚染,且隱形眼鏡保存液對B型肝炎抗原被壞能力有限。
200 samples of trial lens preservatives of soft contact lens were collected to detect hepatitis B antigen by radioimmunoassay. We found that HBsAg were positive in 11 samples (positive rate: 5.5%) and HBeAg were negative in all samples. After heat-sterilization of HBsAg(+) samples was performed by optic companies, there still had a HB5Ag(+) sample (positive rate: 9.09%). 20 samples that were used by 10 hepatitis patients (20 eyes) with postive HBsAg in their tears were detected by R.I.A. 3 of the 20 samples with positive HBsAg (positive rate: 15%) were found after fitting for 7 times. We added serum (with HBsAg(+) and HBeAg(+)) to 20 different samples of contact lens soaking and disinfecting solution. There were only 2 of the 20 samples with both HBsAg(-) and HBeAg(-). after 24 hours preservation and 3 of the 20 samples maintained HBsAg(+) after preserving for 7 days (with l×10^8 liter HBsAg(+) serum). The present study shows that the trial lens preservatives of soft contact lens can be contaminated by HBsAg due to poor disinfection. There were little effects to destroy HBsAg by contact lens soaking and disinfecting solution alone.
