急性隅角閉鎖性青光眼與季節變化的關係

Association between Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma and Seasonal Variation

摘要

從1986年l月到1987年12月兩年間，共收集了高雄長庚醫院眼科經診斷為急性隅角閉鎖性青光眼的86個病人（97隻眼睛），乎均年齡分佈以在51歲到70歲為最多，且女性病人比男性病人多，約為2.31比1。不管年齡或性別，急性隅角閉鎖性青光眼的發作在四季上的分佈並無統計上的差異，且和每月的平均氣溫、氣壓、雲量、濕度、日照時數等氣象因素的變化亦無統計上的相關性。

From Jan 1986 to Dec 1987, 86 patients (97 eyes) with acute angle closure glaucoma (AACG) at Kaohsiung CGMH were analyzed.
The peak age distribution was between 51-70 years old. Female was with a higher predominance. There was no statistically significant difference in seasonal distribution by sex or age.
No statistically significant association was also found between AACG cases and monthly mean air temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, cloud amount or sunshine hours in the south of Taiwan.
