摘要

本篇報告一例前額竇篩竇黏液囊腫的病例，經施行鼻黏膜骨膜瓣手術後治癒。由於此手術方法具有成功率高，手術後臉部不會變形，可同時施行篩竇，前額竇及蝶竇手術等優點，所以是治療前額竇篩竇囊腫的最佳方法之一。

We reported a case of frontoethmoidal mucocele who achieved good recovery after receiving mucoperiosteal flap operation. The advantages of the operation are: high success rate, good cosmetic result, and possible to approach ethmoid, frontal and sphenoid sinuses through this incision. We therefore recommend that mucoperiosteal flap procedure is one of the best operations for frontoethmoidal mucocele.
