下眼窩綠植入重建術

摘要

傳統上對於下眼窩緣嚴重變形，瘢痕收縮以及眼瞼外翻，溢淚的患者，一般的處理是以皮膚移植或軟組織填充，但矯正的效果常因較組織萎縮而不理想，如合併骨骼移植則手術費時、複雜；本文介紹一種安全，穩定“7字形”的壓克力人工下眼窩植入物，合併顳肌和皮瓣移植，對於這些困難、複雜的下眼窩緣毛病，矯正效果良好。

There were two cases of severe orbital rim deformity and reconstruction with our new desiged acrylate orbital implant from Dec. 1987 to Mar. 1988 in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. The implant was a stable and curved '7' shape artificial plastic produced. (methyl methacrylate)
The plastic acrylate implant had the following two advantages:
1. It had a better surgical result compair with simple muscle fascia flap reposition.
2. The orbital rim plastic implantion was an easier operative procedure than the procedure of bone graft reconstruction.
