摘要

本文報告秀傳醫院自民國76年l0月到民國77年8月，經由線狀前囊切開之囊外白內障手術，同時植入單片後房式矽質人工水晶體共3l例，其術後之結果。
術後追踪時間從3個月到12個月，平均約7個月。觀察其結果，術後視力在0.5以上者高達92%，術後併發症中，有三例發生明顯人工水晶體偏位，其中一例須手術取出人工水晶體，且發生囊狀黃斑部水腫。

From Oct. 1987 to Aug. 1988, we collected 31 cases for linear endocapsula ECCE with silicone elastomer PC-IOL implantation. The clinical results were satisfactory and few complications occurred during follow up period.
As a conclusion, we recommend that the silicone IOL with capsular bag fixation is quite an effective means in correcting surgical aphakia. In the future, we intend to perform phacoemulsification for cataract surgery and insert one-piece silicone elastomer PC-IOL through the small wound. However, we hope the ideal IOL material and IOL design to be improved as early as possible!!
