白內障功能檢查及Snellen視力在白內障病人術前評估
Cataract Functional Disability Test and Snellen Acuity in Catarct Evaluation
摘要
有部份的白內障病人有很好的Snellen視力，但仍抱怨視力不好，也有些白內障病人，晶體非常混濁，卻有不錯的視力表現，因此臨床上有白內障混濁的程度和視力不成正比的表現。我們收集28隻眼睛，分為N.S.及p.s.c二組。分別檢查Snellen視力及CFDT的表現並加以分析。並探求CFDT作為白內障術前檢查的意義。
