口服Mecobalamin(Methycobal(上標 ®))治療青光眼末期病人之視野變化

摘要

Mecobalamin含有Cobalamin，常用來治療週邊神經病變。我們則使用它來治療末期青光眼病人，觀察其視野變化，治療方式為Mecobalamin(0.25mg)2(上標 #)tid，持績四週。我們以自動視野分析儀Octopus 2000R分析視野，發現13例中有2例進步，2例退步，其餘保持不變。

We used Methycobal (Mecobalamin), 0.25 mg, po, 2# tid, in 13 patients with terminal glaucoma for 4 months, and performed visual field analysis with Octopus 2000R. The results revealed two getting better, two worse, and the majority kept no change.
