摘要

81歲男性病患，二年前左下眼瞼的穩定膚色丘疹突然迅速生長成一個角狀突起(cutaneous horn)，經冷凍治療後，病竈完全脫落。數月後，同樣位置又長出一個生長快速，中央部呈火山口凹陷的隆起腫瘤，接受手術切除和眼瞼重建術，追踪一年，情況良好且無復發現象。

A 81 y/o man presented with a stationary papule over the left lower lid for more than 10 years which enlarged rapidly into a cutaneous horn in recent 2 years. Cryosurgery with liquid nitrogen removed the lesion completely. After several months, a dome-shaped nodule with central crater developed at previously healed site. The lesion was treated successfully with surgical excision and skin graft. In the follow-up to date, there is no sign of recurrence and the cosmetic result is satisfactory.
