眼球散光及其光學組成之研究

Ocular Astigmatism and Its Optical Components

摘要


本研究收集2052隻眼,從事散光及其光學組成之研究。男性平均角膜弧度是778.17±26.62(×10^(-2) mm),女性為767.87±24.33(10^(-2) mm),有統計上意義的差別。男性角膜散光為34.3±20.0(10^(-2) mm),女性為34.5±19.26(10^(-2) mm),無統計上有意義的差別。角膜散光及檢影所得散光可表為 角膜散光(10^(-02) mm)=17.99+12.92×檢影散光(D),或 檢影散光(D)=-0.674+0.995×角膜散光(D) 球鏡當量和角膜弧度,水平軸角膜弧度,垂直軸角膜弧度和角膜散光皆有統計學上之相關。角膜散光及剩餘散光和柱鏡度數也都有相關,但角膜散光和剩餘散光間則沒有相關。

During 1984 to 1988, 1026 cases were collected from vision care center for school children and amblyopic clinic. Under full cycloplegia, keratometry, autorefractometry, and skiascopy were done. The cases whose best corrected visual acuity worse than 0.8 were excluded. The corneal curvature(CV) of male and female were 7.78±0.26mm and 7.67±0.24mm respectively, and with significant difference between them. Corneal astigmatism (CA) of male and female were 0.34±0.20mm and 0.35±0.19. No significant difference. A modified Javal's rule was obtained: Ocular astigmatism(D)=-0.674+0.995CA(D)r=0.86, p<0.01 CA and residual astigmatism (RA) both has high correlation coefficient with ocular astigmatism, but no significant correlation between CA and RA. Horizontal and vertical readings of CV has almost equal influence on CA. There is also low, but significant correlation between CV and spherical equivalent.
