摘要

本文報告一例外因性滯溜囊腫所引發的慢性淚囊炎。本文主要強調DCG在診斷上的重要性及探討做成囊腫的原因。
一個37歲女性病人在右眼內眥附近有一無痛腫瘤已將近20年。她只有輕微的溢淚；擠壓淚囊沒有回流，而且鼻淚管沖洗很通順，這些症狀和典型的原發性淚囊炎不符合。我們稱之為「偽淚囊炎」。
做成本病例滯溜囊腫的真正原因並不確定，但是極可能是鼻淚管臨近的皮樣或腺體組織做成。

We reported a case of pseudo-dacryocystitis secondary to an extrinsic retention cyst. The patient was a 37 year old female who had a painless, non-erythematous mass over the right medial canthal area for over 15 years. She had minimal discharge and tearing and digital compression yielded no purulent backflow. Dacryocystogram demonstrated a patent nasolacrimal duct and a dilated sac, both compressed by an extrinsic tumor. CT Showed it to be a large cystic mass in the right infero-medial orbit. The tumor and sac were removed and conjunctivo-rhinostomy was done. Pathology reported a retention cyst. This cyst probably arose from accessary lacrimal gland or adnexal epithelial structure.
