摘要

造成黃斑部皺摺的原因大多為原發性的(Idiopathic)，約佔百分之八十至九十，且發病年齡較晚（平約在50歲以上），而其它較少見可造成黃斑部皺摺的疾病如裂孔性視網膜剝離(Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment)，玻璃體炎(Vitreous Inflammatory Diseases)，與視網膜血管疾病等。現在提出一例由Von Hippel疾病所造成之黃斑部皺摺，向於視網膜血管瘤(Retinal angioma)位於周邊網膜，不同於黃斑部皺摺，若不仔細的來檢查眼底此血管瘤非常容易被忽略，本例經冰凍治療後病人視力有顯著的進步。本例報告提出的主要目的乃在強調當我們面對黃斑部皺摺的病人時，仔細的眼底檢查是非常重要的。

Most of the macular puckers are idiopathic and the patients who. Suffer from macular puckers are aged people. The other causes which might induce macular pucker include retinal tears, Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, Vitreous Inflammatory diseases, and retinal vascular diseases, etc. Here we present a case of macular pucker caused by Von Hippel Disease. The angioma which is located preipherally is quite easily missed if the fundus examination was not checked carefully. After receiving cryotherapy the patient's vision get significant improvement. The reason why we present this case is to emphasize the importance of detailed fundus examination when facing a macular pucker.
