摘要
本文報告二位成年姊妹因夜盲及視力減退而求診，眼底檢查發現許多均勻小白點，經確定為白點狀網膜症(Retinitis punctata albe scens)，由於國內殊屬罕見，特此提出報告。

Two adult female cases of the same parents Suffered from night blindness and blurred vision since their childhood. The fundus showed diffusely scattering white dot-like lesions. The FAG, ERG, Visual field color perception, dark adaptation all had significant findings. A typical pattern retinitis punctata albescens was diagnosed. This is a very rare disease in the literature. We present and discuss these cases.
