摘要

本篇報告一位第一型神經纖維瘤的病例，表現多發性腦神經麻痺，病發時左眼喪失視力合併眼瞼下垂。經電腦斷層掃描，發現頭部有一巨大腫瘤，範圍包括鼻咽部、鼻竇腔、下頜腔及顱腔。病人於腦部手術後死亡，腫瘤之病理切片證實為神經鞘瘤。

We presented a 37-year-old male who was a case of Neurofibromatosis type I. He was admitted under the impression of multiple cranial nerve palsises. CT scan was performed and a large tumor mass was noted. The area of the tumor included nasopharyngeal speace. maxillary sinus. ethmoid sinus and cranial fossa. The patient was dead after lie received neurological surgery for brain tumor excision. The pathologic report of the tumor was schwannoma.
