摘要
眼窩蜂窩組織炎大多數由鼻竇發炎引起，主要症狀為眼瞼紅、腫、熱、痛、眼球突出及視力減退等。 本篇報告病例為4歲男孩，經向臨床症狀及電腦斷層眼部掃描診斷為左側眼窩蜂組織炎，雖經由抗生素治療後眼部症狀改善，但叁週後篩竇發展為黏液性囊腫，立即施行左側鼻外篩竇切除術後，症狀才得以完全治療。

Orbital cellulitis formation may occur within the retrobulbar fat or between the orbital bone and periorbita; paranasal sinus disease is usually the source of infection. This paper reported a case of child who developed orbital cellulitis following upper respiratory infection. Eye lid swelling & erythema associate with proptosis & decrease movement of extraocular muscles, was presented initially. Following immediate treatment with broad-spectrum antibiotics, sub-periosteal abscess and ethmoidal mucocele still developed 3 weeks later, It were successfully managed by external ethmoidectomy surgery. The condition has been stable during 6 months of follow up.
