摘要
本篇報告兩病例：病例1為67歲男性，在右下眼瞼近外皆處有一2.5mm大小之囊腫，病例2為62歲男性，在左下眼瞼近外皆處有一2.0mm大小之囊腫，兩者皆行切除手術，其標本之病理檢查可見一囊腔，囊壁向兩層細胞構成：內層為立方體細胞，偶爾可見乳頭狀突起及泌離式分泌細胞，外層為扁平的肌上皮細胞－此為泌離式汗囊瘤的典型病理特徵。

The authors reported two patients: one had a cystic mass, 2.5mm in diameter, on the right lower eyelid; the other had a similar cyst-like mass, 2mm in size, on the left lower eyelid near lateral canthal area. Both of them underwent excisional biopsy using pentagonal resection method. The specimens were sent for histopathological examination and revealed that the lesions were cystic spaces with occasional papillary projections and lined by two layers of cells: an inner cuboidal cell layer and an outer flattened myoepithelial cell layer, characteristic features of apocrine hidrocystoma.
