摘要
一位患有急性兩側視乳頭炎的年輕女性患者，於核磁共振掃描(Magnetic resonance imaging)中發現於大腦腦室周圍的白質、小腦及腦幹中有脱髓鞘斑的出現。配合臨床神經學的檢查，最後證實為一多發性硬化症(Multiple sclerosis)的病人，且為臨床上確定之診斷(Clinically definite diagnosed)。

A 19 years old female patient presented with acute bilateral papillitis. Central nervous system demyelinating plaques were noted at paraventricular white matter & cerebellum areas by magnetic resonance imaging. Associated with other neurological signs and symptoms, multiple sclerosis can be clinically definite diagnosed.
