摘要

本篇報告一位69歲男性牽牛花症候群之病患，其對側眼為網膜分枝靜脈阻塞。在患眼具有典型之視神經盤擴大，其周圍有脈絡網膜退化且波及黃斑部，網膜血管細小且多數性，呈直線走向，視覺誘發電位及網膜電圖為振幅減小。根據文獻記載，牽牛花症候群在患眼或對側眼有合併其他眼疾之報告，本文患者對側眼之靜脈阻塞可能是偶合的發現。

We present a case of unilateral morning glory syndrome and branch retinal vein occlusion was found in his fellow eye coincidentally. The area of optic disc abnormalities were so large that macular involvement was evident. Visual evoked potential and electroretinogram showed subnormal with decreased amplitude.
