摘要
我們提出五例化膿性淚小管炎的病例，共同的病徵是溢淚、淚點紅腫、及單側性結膜炎。有些曾被誤診為慢性淚囊炎或慢性結膜炎達數年之久。刮除淚小管內結石，加以染色呈現革蘭氏陽性分枝狀菌絲，經施以刮除，壓擠或切開淚小管治療痊癒。

We report 5 cases of suppurative canaliculitis. The common findings were epiphora, punctum swelling, and unilateral conjunctivitis. Most of the cases were misdiagnosed as chronic dacryocystitis or conjunctivitis for several years. The lesion sites of two of the cases were lower canaliculi, and the others were upper ones. All were treated with curretage, and three of them received canaliculotomy. Further irrigaion and maintenance eye drop with procaine penicillin were performed on two cases. The concretion out of the caniliculus was stained and presented as Gram positive branched filaments. The most possible etiological agent was Actinomyces. The treatment result was quite satisfactory and none recurred.
