摘要

本文報告一病列，二十二歲男性工人主訴左眼劇痛，無光覺。追溯病史，患者是在工作時，打開空氣壓縮機的旋轉鈕時，被高速射出的潤滑用黃牛油打中左眼。局部所見，右眼正常，左眼無光覺，目壓大於80mmHg（以Schiotz眼壓計測量為0/109），動眼不能，眼球極度外凸。經急診開刀取出異物視，視力恢復至0.6。經追蹤數年徒，特加以提出報告。

We present a ale case of a 23-year-old worker, whose left eye was injected by ”Tallow” at work. His chief complaints were suddent vision acuity lost, severe eye pain, and proptosis immediately after injuried. The result of examination on his left eye were: no light perception, immobile eye motion, high intraocular pressure (＞80mmHg), and pupil dilated. Fundus was normal, except for pate disc. Computer tomograms showed bight density material occupied in the retrobulbar area. After emergent operation, pupil began to constrict and vision acuity improved to finger counting, and then to 0.6 with best correction. Granuloma in the injuried area was diagnosed after 3 years. Severe proptosis was noted also. He received another operation and the pothology confirmed granuloma. The condition of left eye was stable thus far.
