摘要

脈絡膜血管瘤為一少見，先天性的血管缺陷瘤，本文報告兩個單一型脈絡膜血管瘤的病例。一為44歲男性，有反覆性視網膜下滲液的單一型脈絡膜血管瘤，經氬氣鐳射光凝固術後，滲液完全吸收。另一為20歲女性，伴有與患眼同側臉部焰色痣的單一型脈絡膜血管瘤，併發視網膜剝離，白內障及青光眼。

Choroidal hemangioma is a rare, benign, congenital vascular hamartoma. We report 2 cases of solitary choroidal hemangioma. The first case is a 44-year-old male patient. A solitary choroidal hemangioma complicated with recurrent macular subretinal fluid was found. After argon laser photocoagulation, subretinal fluid was absorbed completely. The second case is a 20-year-old female student. A solitary choriodal hemangioma with ipsilateral facial nevus flammeus, complicated retinal detachment, cataract and glaucoma seas found.
