摘要

本篇報告一例因鐵屑侵入晶體後發生之眼內炎，其以臨床罕見之晶體内膿瘍為表現。病原經培養證寶為氧之痤瘡初油酸菌。其症狀經囊外晶體吸除術併入工水晶體植入和內科性治療後有暫時緩解，術後3個月卻復發前房炎性反應。作者回顧整理相關文獻，期能認識其病程特質並討論合宜之療法。

We reported a case of intralenticular abscess whirls was a tare manifestation of post-traumatic endophthalmitis. The pathogen was identified to be Propionibacterium acnes via laboratory work-up. The inflammation was transiently relieved by medical therapy and extracapsular cataract extraction with PCIOL insertion. However, recurrent anterior chamber reaction was noticed 3 months later. We reviewed the literature about such rare disease entity and discussed the appropriate management in the text.
