摘要

先天性眼瞼黏連(congenital ankyloblepharon)是一種罕見的眼部畸形，常與其它先天性缺陷合併發生。本篇報告一例先天性畸形的女嬰。臨床上可見兩眼瞼黏連、低位性外耳道、蹼狀頸等。眼科檢查及時閃光視覺大腦誘發電位(flash VEP)顯示其具備有功能的視徑(visual pathay)。兩眼的眼臉黏連經手術分離後，可見自發性張開的情形，並發現有小上眼球及眼球震顫。

Congenital Ankyloblepharon is a rare ocular abnormality which may occur with other congenital anomalies. We report an infant who presented with bilateral ankyloblepharon, low-set ears with blind external meatus, webbed neck at birth, Clinical examination and flash visual evoked potential revealed a functioning visual pathway. Microphthalmos and nystagmus were observed in association wills voluntary eye opening after surgical division of the ankyloblepharon.
