眼整形手術時一種實用的局部麻醉劑組合

摘要

施行眼整形手術，使用局部麻醉劑注射時，注射部位常有疼痛不適的感覺。為了減輕此種痛感，以不同比例的均衡鹽溶液(Balanced Salt Solution)及鹽酸利度卡因麻藥(2% Xylocaine with 1:80,000 Epinephrine)的混合劑來比較注射時的疼痛感受度。結果發現3:7(BSS: Xylocaine)的混合劑在減輕麻藥注射時的疼痛有最佳效果，此混合劑並不會減弱局部麻醉藥的效果。

Severe painful sensation always bothers the patients and surgeons during injection of local anesthetic agents before performing oculoplastic surgery.
A series of anesthetic mixture were designed to reduce the painful sensation during local injection. These mixtures were consisted of balanced salt solution (BSS) and 2% xylocaine with 1:80,000 epinephrine in various volume concentration.
The most tolerable mixture is 3:7 (BSS: Xylocaine) solution. This mixture does not obviously influence the effect of anesthetic agent.
