出血性結膜淋巴管擴張－病例報告

摘要

我們報告一位39歲男性，在右眼結膜下方有三條平行排列，不規則擴張且充滿血液的管腔。我們將包含它們的結膜切除，組織學報告這些是淋巴管擴張的管腔，由於自發性原因與結膜靜脈相連而充滿了血液。管腔中的血液常在數週後消失，留下擴張的淋巴管。如管腔持續出血，可將擴張出血淋巴管之部分結膜切除，或電燒出血的淋巴管，以避免再發。

We present a 39-year-old male who developed spontaneous hemorrhage in the dilated conjunctival vessels which arranged horizontally at the inferior bulbar conjunctiva of his right eye. The involved sector of conjunctiva was excised and histologic examination showed marked dilated lymphatics.
