摘要

本文報告一位四十七歲女性病人，因急性淋巴球性白血病住院接受化學治療。於住院治療期間併發雙眼眼內炎，血液微生物培養結果顯示為熱帶念珠菌(Candida tropicalis)感染所引起的黴菌血症(Fungemia)。本病例住院期間以血液注射Amphotericin B，出院後以口服Fluconazole藥物治療。病人持續於眼科門診定期追蹤二年，最近一次之視力檢查，右眼於80公分處可辨指數，左眼矯正至1.0。

Candida is one of the causing microorganisms of endogenous endophthalmitis in immune compromised host. Most of candida endophthalmitis are due to candida albicans. Here we present is a rare case of candida tropicalis endophthalmitis.
A 47-year-old female patient was diagnosed to have acute lymphocytic leukemia 2 years ago and received chemotherapy since then. She was admitted to receive intensification chemotherapy on Dec.
8'94. Unfortunately, fungemia (Candida tropicalis) Occurred since Dec. 20. Ophthalmologist was consulted for blurred vision and Candida chorioretinitis was diagnosed. She was treated with systemic amphotericin B for fungemia and followed by oral medicine of fluconazole. The latest visual acuity showed number digital/80 cm at right eye and 1.0 at left eye.
