Nocardia Asteroides Corneal Ulcer-A Case Report
星型土壤細菌(Nocardia asteroides)角膜潰瘍－病例報告
摘要
在臨床上星形土壤細菌(Nocardia asteroides)角膜潰瘍是少見的。本篇報告一個六十歲男性病人，主訴右眼疼痛一個月。此病患在一些診所接受過藥物治療，但是情況並沒有改變。在住院期間，角膜刮取物的培養顯示有絲狀的土壤細菌。再進一步的實驗室分析顯示是星形土壤細菌(Nocardia asteroides)。在本篇亦報告使用amikacin成功的治療該角膜潰瘍。

Nocardia asterodies is a rare cause of corneal ulcer. We present a 60-year-old man suffered from eye pain (OD) for 1 month. During admission period, repeated culture of corneal scrapings revealed a filamentous pathogen, consistent with Actinomyces or Nocardia. Nocardia asteroides was identified in the further laboratory studies. We also describe the successful treatment with topical amikacin.
