低眼壓引發脈絡膜剝離與黃斑病變的網膜斷層表現－壹病例報告
Optical Coherence Tomography Finding in Hypotony Induced Choroidal Folds and Maculopathy
摘要
目的：報告一例以光學同調網膜斷層儀(OCT)觀察因低眼壓引發的脈絡膜剝離與黃斑病變。 方法：病例報告 結果：一40歲曾接受過青光眼手術的男性經歷一次眼球挫傷(blunt eye trauma)之後產生脈絡膜剝離及低眼壓性黃斑病變包括網膜及脈絡膜縐摺 併視力下降 經過我們使用類固醇治療之後視力及眼底鏡觀察皆恢復正常 我們用光學同調網膜斷層儀(OCT)來記錄這一連串接續發生的視網膜變化 結論：藉由光學同調網膜斷層儀可以讓我們更瞭解低眼壓性黃斑病變由一開始直到後來回復時網膜和脈絡膜發生的細微變化。

A 40-year-old male who had received filter surgery about 20 years ago suffered a blunt trauma to this right eye. Fundus examination showed severe choroidal detachment and hypotony maculopathy. After systemic and topical steroid treatment, the visual acuity and intraocular pressure improved from 20/25 to 20/20 and 4 mmHg to 7 mmHg, respectively. The resolution of choroidal folds and retinal wrinkling were noted using a series of optical coherence tomography examination.
