老花眼治療的新進展
CURRENT DEVELOPMENT IN THE CORRECTION OF PRESBYOPIA
摘要
目的：本文探討老花眼在眼鏡、隱形眼鏡及手術治療的新進展，同時解析其原理、適應症、可能併發症及療效，以提供臨床參考應用。方法：文獻回顧。結果：老花眼的矯治方式包括雙焦點眼鏡、叁焦點眼鏡、漸進多焦點眼鏡、可變焦眼鏡、老花眼軟硬式隱形眼鏡、到角膜內植入物、老花眼雷射手術，多焦點人工水晶體及鞏膜手術，眼科醫師可依據病人的視力需求及用眼習慣提供多元的選擇。結論：老花眼的鏡片治療從眼鏡到隱形眼鏡都有新的進展，而在手術方面不論是角膜內植入物、多焦點人工水晶體、老花眼雷射手術及鞏膜手術亦在發展中，眼科醫師在臨床應用中可根據病人的需求提供選擇。

Purpose: We review the current development in non-surgical correction of presbyopia including spectacles, contact lenses, and discuss the various surgical approaches which attempt to give presbyopes good vision at far, intermediate and near viewing. Method: review article Results: Advances in the non-surgical and surgical treatment of presbyopia are occurring at a rapid pace, and the ophthalmologists has many options for the treatment of presbyopia. In fact, we can expect such advancement to improve patients' quality of life. Conclusion: With this multitude of new options available, understanding the design and mechanism of each will allow clinicians to match the most appropriate option for the patients' needs to ultimately provide the best visual outcomes.
