以高效能液相層析檢測化妝水中對羥基苯甲酸酯的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Parabens in Cosmetic Water by HPLC

摘要


化妝品為防止腐敗常加入防腐劑,過量的防腐劑則對人體會產生不良的影響,其中對羥基苯甲酸酯類就是常被使用於化妝品中的防腐劑。基於健康考量,各國對於化妝品中防腐劑的限制日趨嚴格,亟需一個簡單、快速、精確和低偵測極限的方法。本研究探討HPLC分析七種常見的對羥基苯甲酸酯類,並且建立分析方法。 實驗結果顯示HPLC分析七種對羥基苯甲酸酯類,偵測極限都在0.016μg/mL以下。以市售化妝水檢測,可偵測到所添加之對羥基苯甲酸酯。

Preservatives can restrict germ growing, so they are commonly added to various cosmetics in order to prolong products' life. However, preservatives are harmful to health especially when consumed in large quantities. Parabens are commonly used as preservatives for cosmetics. For health concern, many countries restrict the use of preservatives; therefore, developing an simple, fast, accurate and low detection limit analytical method for detecting parabens is in demand. The study investigates the 7 parabens by HPLC analysis. The results show that the HPLC method can analyze the 7 parabens with the detection limits all below 0.016 μg/mL. Parabens could be detected by applying the method to analyze the commercial cosmetic water.
