沸石的分類與熱穩定性

Classification and Thermostability of Zeolite

摘要


本研究選擇不同沸石種類,包括Chabazite、Analcime Mordenite、Clinoptilolite、Scolecite、Laumontite、Na-phillipsite、Heulandite等進行拉曼光譜儀、熱重分析儀以及X光粉末繞射儀等分析,以探討溫度對沸石的礦物相與結構之影響。以熱分析結果,依據熱穩定性可將沸石分類,其中Chabazite、Analcime、Mordenite 為類型1,此類特徵為熱穩定性高,升溫至600℃時結構未明顯破壞。Scolecite、Laumontite為類型3,此類熱穩定性低,升溫至400℃以上結構即完全破壞。Na-phillipsite、Merlinoite為類型2,熱穩定性介於在類型1與3之間。

Aiming to classify and examine the thermostability of zeolite, the study used XRD, TGA and Ramma spectrometer to analyze the impacts of temperature on the mineral phase and structure of various zeolites, including: Chabazite, Analcime Mordenite, Merlinoite, Clinoptilolite, Scolecite, Laumontite, Na-phillipsite, and Heulandite.The results show that the zeolite can be categorized into three types in terms of thermostability based on the outcomes of thermogravimetric analysis. Type I zeolites like Chabazite and Analcime report the highest thermostabilit with its structure remaining stable at 600°C. Scolecite and Laumontite are grouped into Type III zeolites characterized by the lowest thermostability and a crystal structure collapsed at 400°C. Type II zeolites, such Na-phillipsite and merlinoite-phillipsite, show a thermostability falling in the range between their TypeⅠand TypeⅢ counterparts.
