摘要

近年來，受到環保意識及溫室氣體減排的國際壓力，愈來愈多國家開始增加天然氣的能源組合配比。臺灣自2016年新政府上臺後，國家能源政策朝向非核家園及低碳經濟發展。有鑑於天然氣在我國新能源政策中扮演愈來愈重要的角色，液化天然氣（LNG）的國際供需動態與我國能源安全密切相關，因此，本研究主要目的是透過蒐集國際液化天然氣的供需變化情資，分析國際液化天然氣供需市場結構及價格趨勢變化對我國能源安全的意涵，面對我國液化天然氣未來供給及需求的規劃挑戰，提出可能的因應策略分析。

In recent years, more and more countries increase natural gas into the energy portfolio because of environmental protection and greenhouse gas emission reduction pressures. Since 2016, the new government of Taiwan came to power, the national energy policy moves towards non-nuclear homeland and low-carbon economic development. In light of the natural gas has important role in Taiwan's new energy policy, which related Taiwan's energy security with the international supply and demand development of liquefied natural gas (LNG), the main purpose of this study is to assess the implications of global LNG Development, related to the change of international LNG market and price trend, for Taiwan's Energy Security. This study also proposed some strategies for facing with the challenges of future supply and demand of LNG in Taiwan.
