單孔口霧化噴嘴微細鑽孔加工之研究

Study of Micro-Hole Drilling Technique on Manufacturing of the Simplex Atomizer

摘要


對汽油引擎及燃氣渦輪機之霧化噴嘴之製造而言,微細孔加工技術爲關鍵技術,本文主要在探討單孔口霧化噴嘴(Simplex Atomizer)製造上最難加工之製程-微細孔加工部份做進一步之技術可行性研究及實驗;而由於微細孔加工方式繁多,而技術上受到被加工材料之性質。加工性、加工精度、及加工能力等限制,因此本文僅針對應用最廣,且較適合霧化噴嘴微細孔加工之常規微細鑽頭鑽孔方法,利用綜合加工機之數值控制進給方式來加工,以加工技術之難易,及加工後細孔之形貌、粗度、擴孔率、磨耗等結果之探討比較,藉由田口式品質設計工程,利用直交表、SN比、及變異數分析等手法,作加工條件與結果之比較分析,以求取最佳化之加工條件及結果。

For the fabrication of an atomizer for gas engine or turbine the technique of micro-hole drilling seems, to be the key technology on mannfacturing process. In this paper, technique of micro-hole drilling for a simplex atomizer was focused. Technical problems and technological applicablity to the machining process were discussed with experiments and analysis. Although there are various kind of machining process, however, process proposed for the study are limited due to the selection consideration of materials when the properties, machinability, machining accuracy, and machining capability are concerned. In this study, ordinary micro drilling method is considered and discussed. In stead of the conventional manual feeding, the numerical controlled feeding in machine center are emploged. The analysis of the morphology, roughness, hole enlargement, as well as wear of the hole are made. The analysis of the morphology roughness hole enlargement as well as wear of the hole are made. And the data results thus obtained were evaluated with the use of Taguchi-Method, by applying the orthogonal arrays, SN-ratio, and analysis of variance,...etc in quality design in order to correlate the results to the working conditions.
