摘要

日本名古屋空難發生後，愛知縣牙醫師公會全體動員，在短短二、三天內，協助警方對264具遺體完成辨識工作，其作業經驗實值吾人借鏡。本文特別介紹遺體之辨識過程記要、與事後分析檢討。而牙醫師熱心參與及牙科病歷記錄完整是最大的助力。
作者特別呼籲，透過此次空難中遺體身份辨認的實際應變措施探討，提供我國牙醫介同仁思考，如何建立大災難時遺體辨認措施的模式。

After the Nagoya aircraft mishap happened in Japan, all the members of the dentist public committee of Ai Chi County were in action. Within a short period of two, three days, they assisted the police and completed the identification work of 264 dead bodies. Their working experience is a valuable lesson for us to learn.
This essay specially introduces the record of dead bodies identification procedures, for analyzing and discussing after the disaster. And the most important assistance of the dentists are their enthusiastic participation in completing the dental records.
The Writer special response, after going through the discussions of the practical steps taken in meeting the emergency and the bodies identification work of this aircraft disaster, is they provide more thoughts to the coworkers who are in dental career of our country.
