We performed a gallium-67 scan on a 33-year-oldman with chronic graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)resulting from bone marrow transplantation for chronic myeloid leukemia. A ìpanda signī, increased bilateral symmetrical lacrimal and salivary glands tracer uptake, was observed. The gallium-67 scan may be a non-invasive diagnostic test for detecting the oral sicca syndrome and ocular sicca syndrome following chronic GVHD.
