摘要

在骨骼掃描影像上已有報告指出，有些惡性或良性肋膜積水會在胸部呈现不對稱的放射活性。我們報告一位病人，因左肺腺癌引起之惡性肋膜積水聚集了(上標 99m)Tc-MDP骨骼顯影劑。此外，我們並回顧了之前有關這個主题的文獻。

We reporta patient with a malignant pleural effusion secondary to adenocarcinoma of the left lung that accumulated the bone imaging agents,technetium-99m-methylene diphosphonate((superscript 99m)Tc-MDP).Previously published literature on the subjectis also reviewed.
