摘要


三氯化鋁(AlC13)為化學工業製程上普遍被應用之酸性觸媒,但如直接用來進行催化反應,會有腐蝕性、產物分離困難、及產生大量酸性廢水等問題,如能設法將AlCl3固定化,應可解決此些困擾。方法之一是將AlCl3直接固定於SiO2、Al2O3等擔體表面,成為固態觸媒,另一種方法則是利用 AlCl3與有機陽離子氯化物,以適當比例結合成離子液體,與反應物及產物不互溶,因此可以將 AlCl3固定於離子液體中,如能進一步將此種酸性氯化鋁酸鹽離子液體描錠於金屬氯化物上,則可兼具離子液體之均相催化,及固態觸媒之異相催化功能。

Aluminum trichloride (AlCl3) is one of the most common acid catalysts used in chemical industry. Direct use of AlCl3 gives a lot of problems such as corrosion, catalyst separation and large quantities of acid waste water. Some of the problems could be overcomed by the immobilization of AlCl3, either by the immobilization directly on the surface of inorganic oxides or by the formation of the ionic liquid with organic chloride compounds. The prepared acidic chloroaluminate ionic liquid could be further supported on the inorganic oxides in order to take advantage of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis simultaneously.
