爐內管壁噴塗高輻射陶瓷塗料之結構與傳熱分析

摘要


隨著能源價格的不斷上漲,節能減碳已經成為全球工業國家所必須追求的目標與政策。因為我們使用的能源絕大部分不能再生,因此如何降低爐內管壁之能源損失在現階段的研究與運用上是非常的熱門,尤其以陶瓷塗料之運用是相當重要。因此陶瓷隔熱材料更是美國NASA(太空總署)專利高科技產品,早期主要應用在太空船等高溫構件上,飛船在穿越大氣層返回地球時會瞬間產生上萬度的高溫,此高溫耐熱陶瓷塗料能夠有效的耐高溫,抗腐蝕,減少高溫對物件的損害。陶瓷塗料目前應用於國防領域,當噴塗在飛機引擎上,就會變成隱形飛機,因為雷達是靠熱掃描來發現飛行物的,陶瓷塗料更具有效吸收引擎產生的熱量,從而使飛機起到隱身的效果。同理,軍艦在使用陶瓷塗料後也能達到隱身的效果。由於此項技術為美國軍方高級機密(在國防領域中為油性),在美國政府解密後成為水溶性(遇水會融化),才能正式向其他國家進行推廣應用。以管壁傳熱學計算,結合耐火材料之結構的計算傳熱分析,並以爐內壁噴塗高輻射率陶瓷塗料之結果顯示出增加厚度0.2~0.3mm,能抵抗煙氣沖蝕、提升表面耐熱能力、降低隔熱材收縮率與增加表面壽命等效能。以單位面積(m^2)計算,表面增加與未增加陶瓷材塗料,約可增加30~40%的成本,並可達到節能省碳之結果。

According to the energy price is rising, increasing the efficiency and decreasing CO2 production has became the target and policy of industry country all over the world. Due to the most energy we use today are not sustained, how to reduce the energy loss in furnace is becoming very popular topic, especially in the field of ceramic painting.The ceramic isolation painting material is high technical product under NASA patent. In the early day it has been applied on spacecraft. Spacecraft must be engineered to withstand transit through the Earth's atmosphere and the space environment. They must operate in a condition with temperatures potentially ranging across hundreds of degrees Celsius. The high temperature resistant ceramic painting can operate under high temperature and corrosion environment so that the damage from high temperature could be eliminated.Nowadays the ceramic isolation painting can be applied on military service. Stealth aircraft use stealth technology to avoid detection by features to interfere with radar, as well as to reduce visibility in the infrared, visual, audio, and radio frequency spectrum. The ceramic isolation painting can absorb the heat emission from engine to avoid detection. In the same way the ceramic painting can also be used on the battleships to avoid detection from radar. This technology is classified as top secret (the property is oiliness). After USA government declassifying as solubility property, the material can spread to the other country.Using the heat transfer calculation through wall and fireproof material structure analysis from ceramic isolation painting inside furnace wall reveal that increasing 0.2~0.3 mm thickness of painting can resist flue gas washout. It also can increase the surface heatproof property, decrease the shrink rate of heat insulation and increase the life time of material. According to the unit area (m^2), it can approximately increase 30~40% cost by painting the ceramic material and approach to energy conservation province carbon.
