高壓氣體流量校正系統標準追溯比對

High Pressure Gas Flow Calibration Standard Traceability and Comparison

本研究使用一部追溯自德國高壓氣體流量校正實驗室(Pigsar)的DN150六音軌超音波式流量計(Elster-Instromet/Q.Sonic Plus),與一部追溯自國家度量衡標準實驗室(National Measurement Laboratory, NML)之原級高壓氣體流量標準設備的DN150四音軌超音波流量計(FLOWSIC600/SICK)為傳遞標準件,再分別校正煉研所氣體大流量校正實驗室的四部工作標準件,工作壓力為20 bar至55bar,流率範圍涵蓋100 m^3/h至1120 m^3/h,並比較四部C區工作標準件基於兩套標準追溯鍊所得到的結果。研究結果顯示四部C區工作標準件使用兩套標準追溯所得到的校正結果相當一致,差異小於0.2 %,僅在流率低於200 m^3/h時出現較顯著差異(0.4~1%)。由不同追溯鏈的比較與確認,氣體大流量校正實驗室於天然氣計量用流量計校正時將更具信心。

This study used a DN150 6 path ultrasonic flowmeter (Elster-Instromet/Q.Sonic Plus) which traced the standard from Germany Pigsar laboratory and used a DN150 4 path ultrasonic flowmeter (FLOWSIC600/SICK) which traced the standard from Taiwan National Measurement Laboratory (NML) as transfer standards to calibrate RMRI gas flowrate calibration laboratory's 4 working standard flowmeters. The calibration pressure is 20-55 bar, and the flowrate is 100 m^3/h to 1120 m^3/h. Comparing the calibration result of 4 working standards to that of transfer standards, the difference is only 0.2% as the flowrate is higher than 200m^3/h. If flowrate is below 200m^3/h, the error is between 0.4~1%. These great calibration results give us confidence to use our working standards to calibrate business flowmeters for nature gas measurements.
