油品氮含量分析最適方法之選用研究

Study on Selecting the Most Suitable Analytical Method for Nitrogen Content of Petroleum Products

摘要


油品氮含量分析方法多而複雜,到底要選擇何種分析方法呢?本研究以國際上ASTM能力試驗的氮含量分析比對結果,統計分析全世界參與比對實驗室之客觀、可靠的數據,作為探討氮含量分析方法之可使用性,以及分析結果的有效性,提供顧客選擇油品氮含量分析方法的參考。ASTM能力試驗油品如柴油、潤滑油及燃料油的氮含量分析參與比對使用的方法經歸類為5種方法進行統計:ASTM D5291ABC、D5291D、D3228、D4629、D5762。本文概述這些分析方法及其適用範圍,以利送樣顧客能進一步瞭解各方法的異同點,協助清楚選擇適當的分析方法。以本實驗室氮含量分析技術服務的經驗,及統計ASTM能力試驗的結果,期以本研究提供具公信力的數據證明,讓送樣顧客能選用最適分析方法,得到滿意的分析結果,減少買賣雙方或使用數據者之間的檢測爭議。

There are many test methods for nitrogen content in petroleum products. Which test method is most applicable? This study analyzed the nitrogen content test results of ASTM proficiency test and statistical these test results. The analysis based on objective and reliable data from ASTM PTP around the world. These analysis results may be as a reference for customers to choose most applicable test method for nitrogen content in petroleum products. The nitrogen content test methods for ASTM proficiency test for petroleum products such as diesel, lubricating oil and fuel oil are divided into 5 methods: ASTM D5291ABC, D5291D, D3228, D4629 and D5762. This study brief illustrate these five analysis methods and their scope of application. The customers can understand of each method and select the appropriate test method. Based on the experience of our laboratory for nitrogen content analysis and the statistical results of ASTM PTP is expected to provide favorable proof. So the customers can choose the most appropriate test method then they obtain satisfactory analysis results and reduce testing disputes.
