本文介紹瑞士Gotthard Base隧道之規劃及設計。本隧道針對三個較年輕的沉積岩區所進行之探查包括開闢斜坑、隧道和豎井以及深導向鑽孔。在規劃階段經由檢討設備之容量、維修、安全和營運成本等,決定選擇平行的雙孔隧道,長57公里單孔TBM開挖直徑8.9公尺之隧道計劃分五段施工,工期11.5年。設計階段則檢討隧道溫濕度控制、混凝土、噴凝土之抗高岩溫、高濕度等品質要求。另外本隧道依沿線開挖所可能遭遇之八種困難,選定開挖支撐型式。本文分別詳列隧道用鑽炸法及TBM開挖所需支撐構件,以及TBM鑽掘難易和切割輪之磨耗等級。深800公尺,開挖直徑8.6公尺之Sedrun豎井,支撐分成6級及其細節亦列於表中。
The planning and design of Swiss Gotthard Base Tunnel is described. The geological investigations for three young sedimentary rock zones include incline shaft, tunnel and deep shaft as well as deep directional drillings. At planning stage, twin bore tunnels is selected based on the study results of equipment capacity, maintenance, security and operational costs. The estimated construction period is 11.5 years with 5 points of attack for the 57 km long twin tunnels each with 8.9m in diameter.During the designing period, the tunnel climate including temperature and humidity, concrete and shotcrete quality requirements against high rock temperature and high humidity have been studied. Eight hazard scenarios for the tunneling, are foreseen, their excavation and support classes are selected. The detail supporting elements for each support class in tunnel excavated with drilling and blasting as well as using TBM are listed in tables and shown in figurse. The supporting measures for 800m deep and 8.6m diameter shaft are also given.
