摘要

《尹灣漢墓簡牘》〈東海郡下轄長吏名籍〉之內容，爲西漢成帝後期東海郡下轄縣長吏、侯家丞及鹽鐵官長、丞之簡單人事資料，有各長吏之官名、籍貫、姓名、前任官職、調遷之原因。
本文以傳世史料與《尹灣漢墓簡牘》互證，凡與傳世史料有出入者，則考究之。如因郡國之廢置，侯國之析置改隸，尹灣牘文所載郡、國、侯國，與《漢書•地理志》有異。又如制度，尹灣簡牘所顯示者與傳統所了解之漢制度不同：州郡縣屬吏得以功遷爲朝廷命官之縣長吏，以爲軍吏十歲得補縣長吏，皆前此所不知之仕進途徑。郡國察舉孝廉，例除郎中，此治漢史者之常識；牘文有舉孝廉逕除縣尉者。郡文學卒史雖太守屬吏，然多不在本君附職，與漢代地方官吏籍貫限制牴年牾等等，不盡列舉：本文逐條觸睪考證，計〈東海郡下轄長吏名籍〉牘文一百四十條，其中有所得而釋證者凡一百三十五條。

The list of the officers nominated by central government in Tung-Hai province is one of wooden administrative documents of Han Dynasty found in 1993 at Yin-Wan. There are 140 officers' personnel data which include the following items in this list: (1) the official titles of each officer when this list was written. (2) The names of provinces and counties of each officer's native place. (3) each officer's names. (4) the official titles of each officer's former position. (5) Each officer's reasons of moving from former position to position when the list was making.
In this annotation, author explains the text of this list with the traditional texts, the Hanshu, for example, and with the studies of the historians. Author annotates also the text of this list when its contents are not accord with the Hanshu nor with our historical knowledges. author emphasizes especially on the fields of institutional history and historical geography.
