負壓傷口抽吸治療於糖尿病足潰瘍個案之運用

摘要

負壓傷口抽吸治療可保持傷口內部濕潤幫助細胞及血管新生，促進肉芽組織增生及傷口癒合，本篇描述一位治療糖尿病足潰瘍傷口已三年之病人，因感染入院行清瘡手術，術後先行傳統濕敷換藥，因效果不彰改為負壓傷口抽吸治療，進而探討負壓傷口抽吸治療對於糖尿病足部潰瘍之臨床療效，護理期間為2021年09月14日至2021年10月01日，期許此經驗供護理同仁日後照護糖尿病足部潰瘍之參考。

Vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) therapy not only retains wounds moisture but also accelerates cells and vessels grow, which facilitates granulation tissue and wound healing. To report a case of diabetic foot ulcer patient who had been treated for three years is hospitalized again due to severe wound infection. However, because of the poor effect by traditional wet dressing therapy following the debridement surgery, we changed to adopt VAC treatment and discussed further therapeutic effect. The caring period is during 2021/09/14-2021/10/01. Hope the experience will afford the references to nurses who take care of the patients with diabetic foot ulcer in the future.
