應用能效指標及統計方法進行船舶能效分析之研究

STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY INDICATORS AND STATISTICAL METHODS FOR SHIP ENERGY EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS

摘要


本研究透過船端的大數據主機收集一艘散裝貨船的實際航行資料,如船速、油耗、平均吃水與俯仰差等,接著將資料傳送到岸端,進行能源效率分析。本研究首先提出船舶能效研究方法,說明能效指標的定義、能效參考基準線及相關數據修正等,接著應用上述方法來檢視此艘船的能效表現;除了以傳統學理上的方法探討船舶能效,也用統計方法建立船殼退化監控模型來確認船況,其結果與前方法相符,顯示該船的船況目前十分良好。最後,應用速度指標(V_d)或馬力指標(P_d)搭配其他航行數據,可以檢視出各航程中航行不穩定的狀況,大部分是受環境影響。

This research collected real-time navigation data from a bulk carrier by using big data equipment systems on board. The data was sent to the onshore team for energy efficiency analysis. The data collected were speed, fuel consumption, average draft and rudder angle etc. This research proposes a method for investigating energy efficiency performance. Then, further defining the energy efficiency indicator, its baseline parameters and relative data revisions. In conclusion, using the above method to monitor ships' condition, besides other than using the traditional method of evaluating the energy efficiency of a ship, a statistical method was also used (the hull degradation monitor model). Both results of the respective methods have the same conclusion, therefore signifies that the ship is in good condition. Finally, according to V_d or P_d, we found that the unstable conditions during the navigation are mostly influenced by environment.
